On external booking sites – Some of our apartments are available on popular platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb. By clicking the "Book" button, you can book directly on these platforms, but remember, you'll get better offers when you book directly with us!

Apartment Rental - Important Information
Dear Guests,
The goal of Todo Costa Rentals is to make your stay on the southern coast of Costa Blanca comfortable and hassle-free. Below, we have gathered the most important information and policies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
1. Booking and Deposit
- Booking: Booking an apartment is easy and quick. After selecting the perfect apartment for you, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing your stay dates and necessary details.
- Deposit: To finalize your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid on-site upon arrival in cash or by card, or transferred to the provided bank account no later than 14 days before arrival. Please confirm your preferred payment method.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you do not arrive or leave earlier than planned, the full rental fee will apply.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
- Pandemic or Force Majeure: If travel is not possible due to a pandemic or other force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), please contact us so we can offer alternative dates.
3. Apartment Usage
- Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy for each apartment. The apartments can only be rented for the number of people specified during the booking.
- Noise Level: Please respect the neighbors. Noisy behavior, especially in the evening, is not allowed.
- Cleaning: Please keep the apartment clean and use it properly during your stay. The final cleaning fee is at your expense and will be paid on-site. Extra cleaning fees are not included in the rental price.
- Damage Compensation: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment (e.g., broken furniture, fixtures) and must pay for any damages on-site at the end of the stay.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in is available between 15:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive at a different time.
- Check-Out: Check-out must be done by 10:00. Please ensure the apartment is in order and take all your belongings.
5. Additional Services
- Additional Services: Extra services are available upon request, such as transfers, local program recommendations, and car or electric scooter rentals. Please inquire in advance if you need any of these services.
- Pets: Some of our apartments allow pets. Please inquire in advance if you wish to bring a pet.
